Consulting Procedure
How do I Work?
My approach is structured, strategic, and results-driven — tailored to the expectations of institutional clients such as public affairs consultancies, NGOs, think tanks, and professional associations.

Step 1: Initial Consultation & Proposal
The process begins with an introductory meeting to assess your organisation’s objectives, challenges, and timelines. Based on this exchange, I prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, methodology, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. This ensures clarity from the outset and alignment on expectations.

Step 2: Strategic Planning
Once the proposal is approved, I develop a customised strategy in line with your communication and advocacy goals. This may involve stakeholder mapping, narrative framing, digital advocacy planning, or campaign design — all grounded in a sound understanding of the EU institutional landscape.

Step 3: Execution & Content Development
Following strategic validation, I proceed with the implementation phase. Depending on the nature of the assignment, this can include producing policy briefs, managing social media channels, drafting newsletters and op-eds, planning events, or designing advocacy materials. All deliverables are developed in close coordination with your team and adapted to your target audiences.

Step 4: Flexible Modes of Collaboration
I offer both remote and on-site collaboration, depending on the needs of each project. I am available for regular virtual check-ins and can attend meetings or events in Brussels and across Europe when required. This flexible model ensures seamless coordination regardless of geographic location.

Step 5: Reporting, Updates & Confidentiality
Throughout the engagement, I provide regular updates on progress and ensure transparent communication at every stage. Detailed reporting is delivered as agreed, and all collaborations are conducted in full compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
